The Pulse Air PSC Series is an intelligent Touch Screen with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) System that can be installed at a remote location to allow control and monitoring for all mixing functions in a single to multiple tank installations. The System Controller allows for different parameter settings for each individual tank to cater to each tank’s mixing requirements.

Its unique functions and intelligent capabilities can cater to varying mixing requirements. It can perform uninterrupted operations for continuous mixing processes, allows continuous timed intervals for “ON” and “OFF” mixing process as well as being able to schedule and preset the mixing time of any of the tanks for required duration of time. Its smart and intelligent operation features also enable the system to set different sets of speed—from slow to fast or fast to slow and programmed functions for its single batch blending.

TN Series (Standard)

The Pulse Air TN Series is a highly flexible and cost economical series. It is available as a fully pneumatic system with on/off switches or an electro-pneumatic system come with a selection of interactive PLC or Touch Screen Control Panel. It is easy to operate and is very suitable for blending for tank capacities of 200m3 and below.

TN Series allows mixing for a single tank up to maximum of eight tanks. Depending on the system, a common parameter setting may be used for mixing in various tanks located in the same group or a different parameter setting may be used for each tank.

The Pulse Air Portable Mixer is a powerful, variable speed controlled and flexible handheld mixer that is specially catered to mix light to heavy viscous products that are contained in drums, tote tanks, pre-mix tanks, small blending tanks, etc with a capacity up to 2 m3.

The basic portable mixer is designed to mix for a 200L drum. As a cost efficient measure, the portable mixer can also be easily converted for use to mix for tote tanks, pre-mix tanks, etc with the option of add-on devices/attachments to cater for each type of container/tank blending requirement.

What is pulse air?

Pulse Air System is a revolutionary mixing system for various mixing applications. Pulse Air uses compressed air to create large single bubbles that will quickly mix the contents of the entire tank within minutes. The formation of big bubble power causes the bubble to rise to the surface. In the process of rising to the surface, the bubble pushes the product above it, creating a vertical motion which forces the contents to the sides, creating a circular up-and-down mixing motion in the product.
